Photo c/o THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK Reporting for National Geographic's 'Wildlife Watch', Rachael Bale documents the recent seizure at sea, by Sabah Marine Police, of nearly 20,000 sea turtle eggs.

The Straits Times first reported the story of the major egg smuggling bust. Four pump boats were detected in local waters in the early hours of 16 July.
